Bonsai - Messages
We started another - and MUCH harder - round of Bonsai February 1st, 2010. Kim will personally lead most of the training (get ready to enjoy the pain!) and Bambi will continue to do a great job on the nutritional side and manage the online communication.

As you know Kim has a very tight schedule. He is offering you this opportunity to train WITH him for an extended Bonsai round of 12 weeks. If you sign up, you hang with him. If you give up or get lazy - he'll leave you behind - in a heart beat!

This is the closest you can get to having a personal trainer and coach - and trust me - together we will produce results! You, however, have to do YOUR part - since both Kim and Bambi refuse to carry you, drag you out of your chair or listen to your excuses!

We will do some fun challenges along the way - like "progressive pushup challenge", "a day of 1000 hindu squats", "a day of 1000 snatches" and more. This is for everyone - no matter what your strength level and conditioning is when you start!


Bonsai - Information
What is Bonsai? Individual training programs and nutritional guidance and support.
When do we train? Online assistance: 24/7 with special training as often as your goals dictates!
Where do we train? Online support via email. Special Bonsai Team outdoor training events.
I have mixed goals, will Bonsai be OK for me? Yes, we work with you to set goals for your 12-week training program.
What is the membership fee? One-time fee of $150 per 12 week period per person.
Can I invite friends and family? Yes, Bonsai is open to everybody.
Instructors Kim, Bambi & Mike: I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to instruct with so much positive energy. I have been through some crazy times in my life and was just ab out to hit rock bottom...and then there was KRAV. The amount of encouragement & confidence that each of you give at every training session is awesome. Being a female in a class like that was a little intimidating at first but I quickly figured out how supportive my peers were. Within a few minutes, the no bullshit approach was taken and the GAME WAS ON- DO OR DIE! I can't say enough about the kettlebell training or Krav- It has empowered me to take control one swing at a time. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
