Aug. 20th, 2006 (Lambertville, NJ) - Our first time in the Hibernia Fight Club! (this is a rough and tough facility - no frills - room temperature around 100 degrees!) Instructors Kim, Rinaldo, and Bambi sharpened their knife skills in an advanced training session with military consultant Hock Hochheim of S.F. Congress CQC.

After a morning of technical training, our instructors sweated their way through an afternoon of "ground and pound" with Jim McCann (formerly #1 ranked kickboxer and formerly #1 ranked executive submission fighter U.S.A.) Very cool stuff !!!
